POLICY & ORDERING
To purchase items from the Emmerson Troop Collection, designed by William Emmerson, and vintage pieces - please contact us by phone, fax, or email. Additionally please contact the showroom for pricing not available on the site. You can pay by check, cash, or credit card. All sales are final and all goods are sold as is.
All items from the collection have a lead time of 6-8 weeks. We request a 50% payment upon the placement of an order, along with a signed purchase agreement, and 50% upon completion, just prior to delivery. Anything that is a custom order beyond what is currently offered by Emmerson Troop must be paid in full prior to production.
SHIPPING
Once your order is complete we will arrange shipping on your behalf. We will provide you with a shipping quote(s) as delivery charges are not included. If you choose to use the shipping company we recommend, all charges must be paid for in full to the shipping company directly. Once payment has been made the shipper will determine an itinerary for pick up and delivery that works with your schedule and will assume all liability. Shipping times vary depending on your area. If you are in the Los Angeles area, other options with courier services are available. Storage fees will apply to any item not removed from our showroom floor within 5 business days of purchase.
